Everything was great and renting a truck was simple. I really didn’t see anything that would need improving.
Dennis MThe price for a single day and single trip to pick up a $75.00 living room set cost me nearly $400.00 and I am outraged at the end price. I will never again use U-Haul because the pricing is tricky.
John MHeat would not work in truck and U-Haul could care less. Their response was call roadside repair and wait for 4 hours in a cold truck on the side of the interstate! Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in years. Rental location was great but I’ll never rent another piece of crap U-Haul! The area manager was a total douche and should be fired! Whatever happened to customer service? Beyond pissed! Company’s like U-Haul is what’s wrong with America.
