In the future, having someone available for the scheduled appointment time would be helpful. Additionally having the truck cleaned and ready for service would be helpful. I would have also appreciated not having dozens of mosquitoes in the cab waiting for me when I jump in.
Jessica KI can not rating the location's personnel because I did an after hours drop off so I didn't see anyone. The location was easy to find, well maintained and it was clear where I should drop off my trailer.
