The gentleman that greeted me upon arriving to pick up the U-Haul was very polite and courteous. The vehicle was very well maintained, and the inside was immaculate. Returning the vehicle was a breeze especially on a Saturday. The owner of Meadows greeted me checked the equipment and sent me on my way. I will continue to use Meadows tire should I need to rent another U-Haul.

I requested a dolly, there was no dolly when I picked up the truck however I was still charged for it.

The customer service line said the hold time would be over an hour long. None of this is the location’s fault. They were very expeditious. This review is solely on U-Haul!
