This not a location issue but one for UHaul. When I made the reservation on the App it clearly said that my cc would not be charged until pick up. A pending charge was immediately put on my account and a further charge at the end of my rental. Two days later both pending charges are still showing. This is a deceptive and unacceptable practice.
