I have moved more than I'd like to even attempt to count. My previous address history reads like a phone book. This was the best experience I have had by far. The truck was clean and they helped me get something immediately which was great because there was no advanced planning. I wasn't overcharged, which happens with these things, and everyone there was super helpful and friendly. Since I am not planning to move until it's to a grave plot, I'll definitely be recommending this location to friends and family.
AUSTIN BI was charged 80 dollars for 4 miles less than when I picked it up and I feel like they ripped me off
bobby bMy only issues is with the check-in process for some reason it would not charge the card I had on file and it was kind of difficult to check out and check in, but overall everything else is OK
Latasha JLocation was great. U-Haul needs to speed up their app as it is very cumbersome to check in and check out
