The location is quite confusing when dropping off equipment, I had to give U-Haul a call to figure out where to put the truck. However, the employee at Floordi I spoke to after returning it was super nice and deserves the 5 stars. I left a voicemail and she called me back within minutes and helped me to get a bag I had forgotten in the cab. I would return the truck here again, just during regular business hours.

Very sketchy part of town, people renting the equipment could answer any of my questions and had to call someone else.

MARKO LThis was a self pickup, which was never specified so I had no clue what to do when I arrived as it was in a very weird location and did not feel that safe to be there alone. The uhaul app would not let me pickup the vehicle nor was the furniture mats I paid for were there. I had to drive to another location to pick them up and when I arrived they were very confused because no one called them about this. Additionally, they only had 4 mats and I paid for 6. The person at Floordi was super helpful and I don't believe this was their fault definitely lack of communication from uhaul.
