Very convenient, but 100% self service drop off. Don’t expect any help with returning a rental. I was just fine, but someone less skilled with trailers, unhooking, etc. would have trouble here.

Barry PNo one was present or answered my calls for drop off. This left me a little concerned about liability for leaving an unsecured trailer. All the other trailers were also unsecured however and being that I had the app option I photographed it and dropped the trailer per its instructions. Thank you!
