This team was in poor condition, the tires burst while driving with my wife and children, we were an hour late, then at 12:00 the other tire burst and I had already informed the first person who was in poor condition to change it and they saw nothing.

Make sure to check the correct reservation and correct person. I lost 2 hours here at store trying to get my reservation while it was given to someone else and payed for someone else. I was on call 2 hours with a rep to he us but no luck. The guy at this location does not know what to do or how to refund the other person
