They processed my drop off 5 days late. I got a bill of an extra $319 in my email. Would not recommend dropping off your uhaul here if they are going to ignore a vehicle that is sitting in there lot for days.

Service engineer light on roof leaked and soaked all of the boxes asked for extra days to be added and still got a call about was I returning it or not, not there fault the place I rented it from to to long getting it updated !

Kelley MThis has nothing do with location. Uhual rented the truck for day I was dropping off for the same a min after my drop off needed to be completed. Drop off 1014 next pickup was 1015. The staff was very polite and gave a courtesy call the day before to ensure the drop off time. I was able to drop it off earlier to help staff meet their given turn around time that was given by uhual booking.
