Booking person didn’t seem to know what they were doing, eventually had to call U-Haul who ended up to dispatching the truck. It ended up taking an hour to get the truck which was already pre booked and my info was put in the system. There amount of time it takes to check out a precooked truck could use improvement.

Harold SI would NEVER suggest anyone go to this location. I actually regret not calling the police when I was there to pick up the truck. That was an insane experience and the Lake Country location should be immediately investigated. Awful. Just absolutely awful.
