Manor Texas, George Bush Blvd. They sent us to remote locale, no paperwork and tried to charge me 530$ extra dollars. It took a canceled debits card and four days for AUSTIN LOCATION Burnet (10 stars), Jason area manager for Apex Auto U-Haul & Mark with 1-800-U-Haul to sort this out. Manor location will be reviewed (already left google) on every platform available. Fire Bella and Assistant Manager. 40 years renting from you people- never had an experience like this. In end? I was charged 107.64$ and it was refunded by U-Haul. Manor Texas location bites. I never want to deal with this company again. I now HATE U-Haul.

I returned my truck on time, they didn’t check it in for 6 days later. They also checked it out before I even arrived with out my card or drivers license. I will NEVER go to this location again.
SHERONDA AThe business was not open. They did not have my equipment. I had to talk to a man who was very helpful but appeared not to work there. And I still did not get all my equipment and I was charged!
Joseph HWould not recommend this U-Haul location. While I was returning my rental, multiple customers in the store were complaining about service issues — and I quickly understood why. I was overcharged for additional services I never signed up for, and I wasn’t the only one. When I asked why I was being charged for something I know I didn’t select when booking, I wasn’t helped or even met with an attempt to fix it. Left a terrible taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning. It felt like the priority here is squeezing as much money as possible out of people and then just shrugging “oh well.”
