Doors were unlocked when i arrived Transmission may need looking at. Shift from 1st to 2nd gear was very klunky. Otherwise fine

Andrew FMay consider blocking off the parking spots where you park the rental trucks so other vehicles doesn't take up the spaces and perhaps make it somewhat difficult to park returned trucks.
