Aaron HI didn’t like getting moved from my initial U-Haul facility location to an alley behind a strip mall. I ended up driving about 3 extra miles to go to this location instead of the original location. I also didn’t like how the driver side mirror wasn’t locked in place and would move as I was driving. That was a danger that I wasn’t planning on having to deal with. At least I was able to get the job done and the truck didn’t have any other mechanical failures.
Mason MThis location to rent U-Haul trucks is great. The owners are friendly and efficient. I have never been in and out of a truck rental so quickly. The store associated with the U-Haul rental has some really nice items too. Pick-up and return was quick and easy. The refund for mileage was also very quick. Great service from great people.
