I chatted with Edna the operator on the phone while traveling. She was very helpful and considerate of our travel delays. She is an absolute saint. However, when I arrived a different person was there and appeared to be "put out" by our arrival. He wouldn't assist in helping unsecure the trailered vehicle claiming insurance liability issues while he wandered around the property talking on his cellphone. I have physical limitations so my wife had to crawl under the trailer to remove chains from the vehicle frame. When we managed to unhitch the vehicle he made it clear not to drive on "his lawn". Once the vehicle was off the trailer with little help from whomever, he wandered off again while chatting on his cellphone. Next time I'll try Walla Walla. Have a good day. Sorry Edna. You deserve better.
