When dropped off I was told I would have to pay for the dolly because it wasn’t standard equipment. I explained that this is what I was given and was basically called a liar. I asked her to call the pick up location and she refused. She ultimately called her boss who said I was in the right that this does happen. While I was waiting I witnessed this same person tell a Dad how his daughter needed a lesson in respect and needed “a talking to”. Additionally, her attire was in’s appropriate- her bra was visible and her leggings were so tight you could read between the lines - just gross.
