This location had me install the equipment my self, they did not perform the light check on the dolly, the dolly has a left brake light/tail light/brake light that did not work. Communication is not this locations strong suit either.

Had an appointment to pick up trailer at 3:15 didn’t leave until after 4:30pm. They had a lot of problems with their system had to fill out the same form 3 times on site because they had problems with system. Didn’t know how to help hook up trailer and very unsure about everything. Would not recommend.
Autoi SClose that location! The reservation pick up location was changed on us the day before! Does U-haul understand the point of a reservation? The woman in charge at the Indian School Road location didn’t know anything about trailer hitches or lights. We had to drive for twenty miles without trailer lights in a major sized metropolitan area after MANY phone calls and stops at stores get a different connection for the lights. Since U-Haul is based in Phoenix, a renter might conclude that the business would at least provide the other light connections for purchase. Our vehicle is only one year old. The light connections should have been up to date. Employees at the drop-off location in La Crosse, Wisconsin were shocked that the location in Phoenix even let us drive off the lot! What should have taken a short amount of time ended up taking us about four hours. Everyone knows bad reviews reach more people than good ones. Extremely disappointed in U-haul and would never recommend.
Vicki GI dropped my U-Haul off at 2pm the day before it was due. Got a call at about 430 asking where the U-Haul was, and when I told her that I dropped it off she did not seem concerned. I called back at 5 asking if it had been checked in and was told it would be soon. This morning at 8, it still had not been checked in and I could not get the store or the area manager to answer. They finally checked it in around 10am.
