The person was not friendly. The place looked unprofessional. He made me drive to a lot to park the truck when it was already parked in the house where the location was.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe drop off location was very confusing and hard to navigate. I knew from calling the number that I was supposed to drop the trailer off behind the house (English was broken but I managed to understand that much) however when we arrived there was a truck blocking the view to an overgrown small lane way to the back of the property. My husband had to get out of the truck and walk around to find the way to get to the back of the property, the overgrown bushes scraped the sides of our truck, and the area where the trailer needed to be left was unorganized and sketchy. There was little to no space to turn our truck around after disconnecting the trailer. I would not have felt safe there on my own.
Katharine WThis location is way out of the way... you have to drive 10+ minutes out of town to drop it off. For future returns that are pre/post office hours, please advise the host to include the code to the lock box's so that the renter can return/access the key for the vehicle.
