How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was very frustrating for my wife and trying to simply rent a truck with the mobile app that did not work. We had to call U-Haul several times and did all they asked & gave all our verification information and still asked if they could call a third person for verification. We were told the rental charge would be $20 fohalf a day and it was $85. We will never rent from U-Haul again.
Glen LProfessional. Very helpful. Gave me confidence.
CRAIG CDropped the truck off at 10 am, it didn’t show as checked in until almost 5pm and I got charged for an extra day.
John BJust try not to change pickup at the last minute.
