The location was great, friendly staff, and the equipment was in good shape. My dissatisfaction is I rented the trailer and couldn't use it since the fender width was 83" and my truck was 82" from side to side. There was no wench to pull my truck onto the trailer so it was too tight to risk pushing it downhill with no way to control the truck going into the trailer. These haulers need winches.
