Changed pick up location last minute that was also not accessible via Uber (too far). Had to pay an extra $175 in gas to pick up and drive back to load. Took an extra 3 hours out of our time. Also changed drop off location without notification and glad I checked before leaving to drop it off. Again an extra $50 in gas for that change. Overall, an extra $350 to rent compared to 1.5 years ago. Will choose a different company next time.
