I was not able to make changes such as who the authorized user was or what vehicle was pulling the trailer after I picked it up. This should be able to be done through the app to make this easier. I spent many minutes on the phone trying to get this straightened out, being transferred to many different people who all had different information.

ENRIQUE KThe supposedly owner of the location (some east indian guy) started right away saying I have damages, it needs clean up, asked to pay him for cleaning, asked to park it elsewhere after I completed check-out at the app. And then, when I tried to drop my keys off, he shut the drop box with his hand, preventing me from dropping keys off. I told that if he has any issues, he probably needs to use UHaul system to submit it as I am just returning the vehicle and completed everything. He still refused to allow me to drop off the keys. Then I took my phone to make a video that he is preventing me from dropping keys off. He tried to grab my phone from my hands. I told him that if he will try to take my property once again, I will call police. He argued and cursed me for a bit more, but then eventually went away and I dropped the keys off.
