Kathy KSite was good.. BUT... UHaul needs to advise customers about: 1) they likely will need a 7 to 4 converter for the brake lights, and 2) that the trailers accept 1-7/8 and 2 inch hitch Balls.. I had to scramble and get these two items after I arrived at Tyrone Auto ALSO I turned my trailer in 2 days early, the UHaul rep said I should get a $40 refund (2 days @$20/day). I have not seen a refund yet (its 4 days)
