Stephen and Jeff we're the nicest men. They, they had respect. They answered on my questions. They talked to me the whole time I had my rental. I even got a storage building. It was too small. I had to get a bigger one. They were more than happy to help me with my problems. It made my moving so much easier and so much faster. They even let me return boxes that I didn't use with my receipt. I called and set up our unit before I knew how handy the app was and that was very easy too. All around uhaul is ran very efficiently and most of the time you can do anything you need on the app without even needing to speak over the phone. Reserving trucks with dollys or supplies needed is super easy, especially if you need to at last minute/an odd hour when most businesses are closed. Truly a blessing when handling the stress of moving or for military related stress!! Thanks uhaul!!
