He quickly responded to my call and had to eliminate the card and enter a pin code that I chose. Other than that everything went well. Thanks
Roy Y | First ImpressionsRented a truck from this location last year that had damage before I rented it. When I returned, they insisted on charging me for the damage. They said they had security camera footage they could review from when it was turned in before me but they refused to let me see it and never returned my calls when I asked to speak with the manager about reviewing the footage. I believe they rent the same damaged truck over and over and hope no one notices the damage so they can repeatedly charge for it. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
