Paul S | Overall ExperienceIt was fine. Easy, as easy as moving can be, in and out. Didn't account for the spiders or copious about of dirt all my clean items would be covered in upon move out. Went to check out and had to wait around because facility was completely empty. Finally when I'm leaving some guy showed up in a cart. Also, Only a few days into the month and would expect it to be pro rated like it is when you move in mid month. Was told you don't do that. It's 160 dollar difference so I see why you wouldn't want to but should since I'm being charged for services no longer being rendered. Will be calling the manager on Monday about this.

marry A | Overall ExperienceHaving truck driving lessons in the parking lot when trying to load was inconvenient. When you move out of a unit early not getting any $$ back doesn’t seem very professional. I do not think any precautions are taken for bugs or rodents to stay out of the units.
