Mark, that the manager tried getting into my things. He knew that my storage unit was full. How else would he knew that my storage unit was full. That is illegal and I was not reimbursed for any of my stuff.

The price increases with the new ownership were unsustainable as a consumer. The market seems to be pretty well saturated and the U-Haul facility is easily the most expensive in the area. However, the local U-Haul staff are very professional and friendly and I would give them five stars every time. The only reason we moved out was because of the price.

I moved out and cleaned the unit on October 30, 2025 but forgot to call the office. I called on November 4, 2025 to confirm I had moved out. You can verify my actual move out date with your cameras. THELMA W | Overall ExperienceI was in this storage unit since it opened. It was called My Storage. U-Haul has just recently taken it over, and have done a great job in the process. Definitely a good storage place to keep ur things safe and secure. The staff r very helpful.

I received a call from U-Haul informing me that I had to switch units with short notice and that my rent would increase $25 dollars with no option other than to move out. So I moved out. Extremely unhappy with the new ownership. I definitely do not recommend U-Haul services.
