I moved states family of 5. We are building our home thought my things were well stored I mean you pay 100 a month, I checked my storage 1-2 times a month sometimes more, had no food stored no liquids. As we were ready to pick up our belongings. 6 of our dresses had mold were warping not salvageable not ok bottom of floor in the back had water which I’m sure is a leak. Boxes with clothing had piles of mice and smelled like animal urine. Again we had no food or liquids stored either tenants next to us had ad attracted mice and there is a clear leak. I called management because I have never seen anyone on site when I would go and it was always during business hours. I let them know I had pictures and of the mice and mold with the wet floor. I was told they could do nothing and to call corporate, k requested there part control dates and reports I was told nothing I could see . would not recommend this unit for the lack of pest control or management to inspect units. I am very upset and disappointed. I owned a business and rating were my biggest issue to help my business. I hope this won’t happen to anyone else.

Paul G | First ImpressionsI put mouse traps in the storage when I went to check on storage found mice in traps. I had 5 traps. Every trap had mice in them. I also found a few dead ones by the door. I ended up replacing a mattress, couch and recliner
CHERYL K | Overall ExperienceThe roof lets snow blow in the unit on the back side. Ice builds up & we can’t open door in the winter We are on the north side. It should be remove So we can gain entry in the winter or at least when we ask to enter our unit. Is this something you provide for if we call ahead or just do it on a routine basis? We did not move in we have had this unit. Your app is not friendly with Apple Products. I can not use it.
