While the facility is great, THE NAVL large trailer had a hard time making it around the corners due to the tight corners, and small area of residual snow which was enough to hamper the driver's maneuvering. The very experienced driver was, with help from his crew, able to maneuver through the tight corner.

I’ve rented many storage units before. Never from U-Haul. This time I decided to try renting a unit from U-Haul. I only needed it for about 6 months. It was such a great experience. The manager Robert was always so helpful. I got stuck in the snow with my car last week and he pulled me out with his truck without hesitation. I was beyond grateful. There is another gentleman there and I can’t remember his name but he was just as awesome. He works on Sundays. He was always a pleasure. I would highly recommend this particular U-Haul. The staff is awesome and the entire place is clean and very well kept.
