wayne J | First ImpressionsInstructions were a bit hard to understand where to go and how to access the storage units. However, the employee was extremely helpful and clear with his instructions. Only thing that's annoying is that the alarm sounded every time we opened the locker, even though I disarmed it. The employee advised that it does happen when units are bought online and that it would fix itself. Annoying but atleast the employees didn't give us any problems
