Justin D | Overall ExperienceOnly one indoor loading bay to accommodate large uhaul trucks. Someone was parked/loading in the bay half a day the day I needed to unload my storage unit. Was winter and freezing. Had to wait outside uhaul with my rented 26’ unhaul truck for hours for them to finish so no one else snuck in ahead of us. NEED 2 INDOOR LOADING BAYS FOR TRUCKS!!!

Only thing that's annoying is that the alarm sounded every time we opened the locker, even though I disarmed it. The employee advised that it does happen when units are bought online and that it would fix itself. Annoying but atleast the employees didn't give us any problems
