When we arrived we found the unit we had booked online was not going to be the right fit for us. Melissa was able to switch us to the a unit the better suited us with no issues. Excellent customer service.

HEATHER C | Online Move InI rented online during a promotion because I rented a van. We were never told the unit was portable or that it would EVER be moved, especially multiple times. We had to search the entire property at least 4 separate occasions to find the unit. We had extremely expensive and delicate property packed in, if we'd known it was going to be continously moved we would have packed it differently or honestly not rented it at all. The last couple times on the property it was inaccessible due to the vehicles being parked in front of them. I called the office after spending money to rent a truck and being unable to load it and was told if the office is open just ask. Well obviously! When I told them we weren't there during business hours I was told to give them advance notice of a specific time/day when we'd need access...uh, no. Never again. Will tell everyone to AVOID this place.
