The facility hours were convenient, because of the access code. The office was sometimes closed when I wanted to talk to someone, but it wasn't THAT big a deal. I've never used another storage facility, so I have nothing to compare to it, but I was satisfied. However, the monthly rates just jumped from $50 to $60 a month, which is what caused me to decide to move my stuff out. I understand supply and demand, and don't begrudge the business from getting what it can for its services; I just thought a 20% increase was a bit much, so I eliminated my demand.
