Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. However one employee made fun of a person I had helping me by displaying hand gestures and facial dislikes toward him as we were moving out.

DEVON M | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit did not have any light. We asked the clerk and he brought a separate lamp which he hanged from one of the walls to help as it was getting dark outside. The facility is extremely narrow and difficult to navigate with a moving truck. There were multiple vehicles randomly parked all over the facility blowing the way making it almost impossible to move around and access the storage unit. The gates move slow an they're not in the best condition. Overall it is not the most convenient location and the experience was not smooth as I experienced at other locations.
