I had no problem with the unit nor the people that was in charge my one and only problem I had was accessing my locker there appeared to be to many U-Haul and personal vehicles blocking acess to my locker I had to go to the office several time asking if vehicles could be moved for me to gain access to my locker very dissatisfied with that especially when I would return back for my next load and I had two locker same problem this was my reason for the low rating

Nothing to do with the staff or cleanliness. Also idk if this will be seen by someone that can hear concerns regarding U-Haul as a company not this location. If I've been a loyal customer paying on time literally every month for over a year, I should get some kind of discount when renting a moving vehicle. Absolutely insane it being $600 for a truck for 3 days after I've been paying $130 monthly for over a year with never being late and always abiding by the rules of the facility. I had to move and that literally took everything I had and I had to borrow money to get all of it.

Michael K | Overall ExperienceThe staff is probably what I liked most about the facility. I’ve rented multiple trucks from there and storage because of the staff. My unit was in the most annoying spot for the…the return lane. But they would always ask me if I needed something out of the way. 10/10 staff. Also I have full view of what they do when things are returned and they are detailed on cleaning the returned trucks and trailers.
