The staff have been very nice. The units were not what I expected. The location is an unmanned site beside a field and a road being repaved. Leaves and dirt were noted inside both side by side units upon lifting the sliding doors. Both units were on the back side of the storage lot so the doors most likely don't close properly to keep out debrie. I presume that my storaged items will also get dirty while being stored in the unit. I needed storage and options were few...

So I know the owners changed the original ones just told me when I didn’t need the unit I could just stop paying. Did not mention a lean on me or the fees. Then the new owners took over and honestly they have been helpful and I really do appreciate them. They did their best to keep me updated and I will say I am sorry for how things happened but they are great.

Makes no sense to put in a move out request in app if the storage facility main office doesn't actually get the request.

TRAVIS M | Overall ExperienceDo not rent here this place is infested with bugs and has black mold. U-Haul corporate will not do anything to cover cost be sure to pay extra for their insurance. My whole storage unit was coverage with black mold I had my stuff in there for less than 6 months. Most of it was covered and mold still got in. The bugs were everywhere. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover black mold so my money went to waste. I had dinning room table, 2 couches, chairs, other furniture covered in black mold. JUST Be sure to be get insurance thru UHAUL. The manager did nothing but told me to leave, so I left everything in the unit and abandoned it. Even the professional movers I hired never seen anything like that before. This was disappointing never renting U-haul again and I meant that.
