SCORE!!!!! These folks at the Livingston U-Haul facility are the BEST EVER! Fabulous customer service, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which included downsizing from a larger unit to a smaller one at the end of 1st-month rental. They made sure we could have the smaller unit across the hallway from the previous one, which greatly helped us senior citizens move some heavy stuff over a short distance. In addition to all the great customer service, the facility is spotless, well-secured, well-maintained, and no bugs. Originally we had rented a U-Haul truck and car dolly to move cross country to this area. When we dropped off the truck to this Livingston TX facility, we forgot to get our large road atlas out of the cab door pocket. When we later discovered we didn't have it, we asked the manager if anyone had turned it in, and indeed, she had it at the counter, waiting for us to pick it up. How super thoughtful! I'll give these folks a gazillion gold stars for service and facility excellence!
