My contract outweighs anything verbally said or your website. My contract doesn't reflect that. I would tell new customers the goal is to wait until you move your stuff in, then switch you to automatic payments. I was happy I only had 3 bens and a garage bag that I moved to another storage same day! I signed a document stating they won't do automatic payments. I feel good about their honesty with their customers already. No THANK U OKEECHOBEE STORE AND LOCK.
