How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff is Usually helpful. Could use a little improvement. but overall I am very pleased with my experience at this Uhaul
Diane C | Overall ExperienceExcellent service and friendly staff.
carol d | First ImpressionsReserved 10x15 mainfloor online weeks before arrival. Confirmed by phone 1 week prior. Arrived after 3 long days of driving to find no units 10x15 available. We could get a 10x10 and a 5x10 in separate parts of building. My Uhaul trailer was full. They had units but current customers hadn't moved out. At least I should have been told my reserved unit may not be available prior to arrival. Things did work out. They were able to get a special request approved for 2 10x10 units mainfloor, different locations. Very clean facility. Staff very good. All is very good now, but reservations system needs to alert you of possible changes and eventualities.
Tim D | First ImpressionsI had this storage unit for more than 2years. I was finally vacating the storage unit and before coming to the facility I called days in advance to update the storage staff that I will be bringing a big truck and 18 wheeler semi truck with trailer and the sure me that they are perfectly fine with it. But when I reached there, they parked trailers in the way, on the driveways. I requested them to move it. Owner/manager not only denied to move anything even though there was plenty of space next to it. He started raising his voice over me. I was politely explaining the situation but he disrespected me, yelled at me for no reason, just because I asked him to do his job. I am really disturbed by this incident and I will never recommend this facility to anyone. Really a very bad experience. He is in customer dealing, he should know how to treat people well even in stressful times. From my side -10stars for customer service.
ROHIT S | Overall ExperienceBravo was great. He always goes out of his way to make the process smooth and headache free. Whether I’m renting a truck or in this case a unit, he made it seamless and I will keep using this Uhaul because of him.
CHRISTOPHER C | First ImpressionsThank you good job👍

Romelia K | Overall ExperienceBeautiful state of the Yard facility with amazing staff!
Ryan A | Overall ExperienceThis was the worst experience I’ve had with Uhaul, the supervisor Bravo was very Rude I was very clear about what I needed and what I got wasn’t enough storage so now I have to purchase another Unit next to it to fit my 3 Bedroom furniture into.it was raining so the area was filled with WATER AND BEE’s apparently they didn’t care about the to make sure the property was Wasps and Bee Free on top of the Units. My stuff was Damaged from water and now we gotta be extra careful from the Wasps and Bees,This Experience WAS THE WORST EVER AND DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY THIS UHAUL I am Very Upset now I gotta pay $280 cause I had to get 2 storage unit that was filled with WATER..!!!
Marchena D | First ImpressionsWe have enjoyed our time at this location. It was very convenient to home. Our monthly rent never changed in the year that we had the storage unit, which was a huge selling point.
SANDI H | Overall ExperienceWe have never used a storage unit before and it was a very pleasant experience.
