And i paid for a full month and before it was totally cleaned out they put there own lock on it which prolonged the move out. But other than that they were good to rent from since they took over the facility.

Bruce K | Online Move InThe manager of the storage near me, Jason, is one of the most god awful people to get hold of and deal with. He's always got an excuse why he's never at the office and you can't reach him. He falsifies information And then expects things to be done based on his ill recording. His demeanor and personality is that of someone who should not be working with the public at all . As far as u haul employing these types of people, It's really unbearable. U-haul as a company has gone downhill so much in the last several years since the first time I've started using them, I will never use them again. Not for moving trucks, not for storage, not for absolutely anything. Good grief and good luck. $170 for a small garage ... you people rob hard working people.
