JOSEPH C | Overall ExperienceI bought a storage unit on auction and the lady I talked to way very rude and hung up on my 2 times and the cancelled my order because she could. It was very rode and unprofessional. I called bid13 and they reached out and said she had told them that she cancelled the order. She was the rudest person I have dealt with in more than 10 years of buying storage units. This person needs to learn customer service. She has created problems that she did not have to create. I highly recommend to people to NOT use this facility.
