I was overcharged twice for holding a storage unit I am having difficulty getting the $40.00 reimbursed to my credit card acct. I have spoken with several people over the past month, including managers that said they would reach out to me. Continuing to work on this. Decided not to go with this company and with the issues I’m having with a reimbursement I believe I made the correct decision.

Janet J | ReservationI moved out of the unit on 8/23/25. I notified the person at the call center the unit had been vacated and swept out. It was ready to take on new tenants. I also let the call center person know about a pile of junk someone left at the units across from mine( as of a few days ago, I could still see the pile from Bill Jones Road .This company kept sending late notifications to my wife's e- mail. A word of advice: many people ( including myself, seldom check e-mail. If you have the renter's phone number, call them, if they don't answer, leave a voicemail ( what a concept).The reason I moved out was a budgetary decision. It was nothing against the unit. It served it's purpose.
MARK W | Overall ExperienceAlthough this facility has recently had a paint job the units leak water which resulted in water damage and mold on my things. I have been a client here on and off for over 12 years. Things have seriously gone downhill since the ownership changed. You’ll need to fight through the weeds and dodge the ruts in the lanes to even get to your units. Pictures available to support my opinion.
