I came in needing a storage unit, and Coyote Grove handled everything with the kind of professionalism, confidence, and calm leadership you’d expect from a manager. He walked me through the whole process, made sure every detail was taken care of, and kept everything smooth from start to finish. What really impressed me was how he took initiative when another customer walked in. Coyote Grove didn’t miss a beat — he helped them quickly and respectfully, then came right back to finish helping me without losing focus. The way he balanced both situations showed real skill and genuine customer care. The shop felt organized and easy to navigate because of how well he managed the interaction. Honestly, if every business had someone like Coyote Grove running the front, customer service everywhere would be on a whole different level.
