My only complaint is that there is no live supervision of the facility and its location is a bit remote from the easton area.

I moved in my new apt November and I made a payment arrangement and asked if I could pay by December 1st. Which I did. However, I was charged a late fee. Which I would like to be refunded to me. Then I was overcharge for the U-haul truck to move my things out of storage on Sunday December.3rd and not the4th and was charged $60 for 2 hours. I have been a loyal customer of U-haul storage. For 6 years. I am very disappointed in the customer service and management
