They let me book it for that Drop off location . But when i got call from that location that we can not accept trailer you have to return it to other location which is 30 min far from and . I am busy personal that why i chose these location so that way i can retun it in 5 min away from my work. I ended up dropping it to the location and told them i wont be able to go drop to other location for my work reason and they are like okey we will not be responsible for it. I was like okey i ll talk to UHaul and figure out.
Dharmin PIt was my understanding that the gas was supposed to be full when I picked it up .... it was on "E" had 34 miles left. So I filled it up left it on full. so I do feel I should have sort of credit but I will use them again soon
Robin HGreat experience during difficult move
JAMES CHad difficulty with activating the reservation and picking up the truck on site. When I called the number for the location, they said they couldn’t help and I needed to call u-haul. Between hold time and trying to explain what was going on, we waited an hour and ended up booking a new reservation (this one). Overall, u-haul customer service was great, whoever answers the phone at the local location could not be bothered.
