Having to use the non working app to drop off is very bad business .Then calling phone help who tells you to use the app that dont work .

I never went to a location. Roadside Assistance came to ick up the tow dolly. The several people that worked to achieve this over the phone were caring snd empathetic

Angela rThis location is essentially a remote barcode. Hard to understand why Coos Bay has 4 locations within blocks of each other. Our other rental was returned to the Broadway location, which was much better.
