I am in the process of disputing a charge. I returned my equipment the same day and got charged for an additional day. I have pictures of the drop off and they have cameras. This ruined my experience… never again will I use this location

There was no sign of the U-Haul on the side of the street. We were almost pass it when we went there.
CALVIN NAdd a trailer jack to the trailer ,for easier truck to trailer hook up.
