We were told on the phone when we made the reservation that we could pick up the truck at 8 am, but the location didn’t even open until 9, and even then the person who we needed to speak to didnt show up promptly. He kept telling us that we were supposed to “go through the app”, but nobody communicated anything about this to us, much less what to do or how to do it, prior to our pickup time. Drop off was also a problem … stupid, confusing app that I will never use again.
