The West Liberty rental store was professional and friendly for providing a truck on 2-day notice since the Iowa City store did not want to give me a one way rental. Rachel the manager from the Iowa City store was unpleasant, rude and made me drive 60 miles to West Liberty for a truck when they had four 15’ trucks onsite. She was unprofessional and inexperienced as a store manager. I would not recommend reserving a truck the Iowa City store.
