Overall easy drop off
Jongmin LOutstanding service. Excellent. Friendly. Kind. Helpful. Ready to go. Flat dolly and 24 clean and folded and bagged furniture pads already inside the truck to go. Truck was very clean.

PAUL MStaff at location were great. Uhaul me drive 2 hours extra in my day just to pick it up here instead of the location I ordered quite a while ago. I asked for a manager to call, one never did. I expect a partial refund to offset the extra gas and time/impact to day just to get the trailer.
