Very friendly and helpful
PAUL MStaff at location were great. Uhaul me drive 2 hours extra in my day just to pick it up here instead of the location I ordered quite a while ago. I asked for a manager to call, one never did. I expect a partial refund to offset the extra gas and time/impact to day just to get the trailer.
TARAS HTwo days before my rental I wax told a 26’ truck was not available, nor any truck at my preferred pickup location. I had to accept a much smaller vehicle, and will need another weekend, with another vehicle, to finish my move.
Ronald FI would be nice if the tire hold down straps were longer as when I went to connect them to the ratchet I could barely get them to feed into the ratchet. Stock jeep wheel so it wasn’t a large tire.
