We called ahead for details regarding best route to the location and let them know what we were driving. We were not given the best route for our vehicle and we weren’t advised that we should back in to the yard upon arrival. So we were disappointed that we took a difficult route and had to turn around in a tight area when we asked ahead of time. Your “system was down” so the agent had to phone in our rental. The agent did not enter the correct drop off location so we had to change that ourselves.
