Absolute joke. I arrived on time to pick up the van and opened the back to see there was no utility dolly. I was adamant that this was a necessity including to u haul agents at least 3 times. I phoned Highway king as they weren't open and got voicemail. Called U haul and the French lady at u haul suggested I go to HOME DEPOT!! When I returned the van to Red apple I called Highway King again to call me and bever did... worst experience ever
